Gwyneth Paltrow is not only a talented actress, she is a chef. She has introduced her third cookbook entitled “It’s all Easy”, which is all about the evening meals. Ms. Paltrow has dedicated this book to her friend’s children. “It’s all Easy” introduces simple and easy recipes that anyone, regardless of skill can cook and prepare. Most of her recipes take only 35 to 125 minutes to prepare from start to finish. The book will be published on April 12, 2016 but orders are being accepted now.

In this cookbook, you will find many recipes that are not only favourites of parents but also children. A few recipe titles include:

  • The chocolate recipes
  • The oats recipes
  • Salads and its types
  • Chicken food
  • Noodles for children

This book is really very helpful for people who live busy lives and don’t always have time to prepare complicated meals. Some of the recipes can be prepared beforehand so that hearty meals can be served without the fuss of preparing the food. If you are in a hurry to take the children to ballet, music, or sports practices, these recipes do not spare the nutrition needed to sustain active children.
