Diet is a short-term solution, which can help you if you are persistent enough, but on the other hand, you cannot be on the same diet your entire life, because at some point it will become boring, and what is even more important, is that simply it isn’t healthy at all.

There is one famous fact, that is popular for decades - that we must count our calories, and that we need to burn more calories than we eat. Is that the only way ? One expert doesn’t agree with this fact, claiming that women need to consume 2000 calories a day, which is the minimum, while men need to consume at least 2500 calories a day.
She doesn’t think it is too much, on the contrary, if we don’t consume that amount of calories, our body will suffer.

Because of that, our body will start to keep the fat we have, not to burn it. She adds that if we don’t eat enough food, our organism will start to fight against us, because it doesn’t get the proper amount of calories.
We think that we can do with our bodies whatever we want, and starvation is sometimes the only solution for us. Well, that’s not correct, because our bodies will not let us do it.
The whole point of dieting is to reduce the amount of food we eat, but not too much, because it will be a total shock to our body.

It is completely normal and enough to reduce the sugar and fat, and don’t eat between our meals, and that’s it. She thinks that people tend to complicate too much when it comes to dieting.
